j2bat Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to j2bat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are the legal framework that governs the relationship between you — the player — and j2bat ("we", "us", "the platform"). j2bat operates as an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing j2bat — whether through a browser, the mobile web interface or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms without reservation. These Terms apply equally to all account holders, whether they are actively playing, simply browsing, or in the process of registering.

j2bat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of j2bat after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility as a player to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To open and maintain a j2bat account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j2bat strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. Any account found to be held by someone under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds within will be confiscated.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, syndicates and automated accounts are not permitted to register or hold a j2bat account.
• You must be accessing j2bat from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm this before registering.
• You must not already hold an active j2bat account. Each player is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts will be merged or closed without notice.
• You must not be on j2bat's self-exclusion list or any other gambling exclusion registry that applies to you.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. j2bat will request identity verification (CNIC or equivalent) as part of account verification and for processing large withdrawals.

Registration Process

Registering on j2bat requires you to provide a valid mobile number, a valid email address, and to create a secure password. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. j2bat will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat — any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to j2bat support immediately.

3. Your j2bat Account

Account Ownership

Your j2bat account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access your account, place bets on your behalf or otherwise use your account in any way. Sharing account access — even with family members — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your j2bat account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact j2bat support immediately. j2bat will take prompt action to secure your account, but we cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login details.

Account Verification

j2bat may request documentary verification of your identity at any point. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie. Verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000. j2bat may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g. confirmation that the Easypaisa or JazzCash account used belongs to you). Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.

Inactive Accounts

If your j2bat account has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as inactive. An administrative fee of Rs 200 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance. j2bat will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any deduction begins. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

j2bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j2bat does not accept transactions in foreign currencies.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, card) / Rs 1,000 (IBFT)
• All deposits are credited to your j2bat balance instantly upon payment confirmation.
• j2bat charges zero fees on all deposits. Any fee deducted at source by your payment provider is not controlled by j2bat.
• You may only deposit using payment methods owned and controlled by yourself. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• j2bat reserves the right to reject a deposit and return funds if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 (mobile wallets) / Rs 1,000 (IBFT and card)
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically complete within 5–30 minutes. IBFT withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes on working days.
• j2bat charges zero fees on all withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount you receive.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Exceptions require written confirmation from j2bat support.
• j2bat may delay or hold a withdrawal pending identity verification for amounts over Rs 50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

j2bat offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, referral rewards and periodic special offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which will include a wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be played through before withdrawal), eligible games, minimum odds and expiry period.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or used in combination with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements on j2bat bonuses must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that are later found to violate bonus terms (e.g. excluded games or odds below minimum) will not count towards wagering requirements and the bonus may be voided.
• j2bat reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing qualifying activity is not retroactively affected.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts or payment details will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

Referral Programme

j2bat's referral programme pays rewards to players who introduce new members to the platform. Referral bonuses are credited once the referred player completes registration, makes a qualifying first deposit and meets the minimum wagering activity. Referral rewards are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Referring yourself using secondary accounts, or coordinating referrals for the purpose of harvesting bonuses without genuine gameplay, is considered a material breach of these Terms.

6. Betting Rules & Game Terms

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on j2bat are final once confirmed. j2bat does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances explicitly described in these Terms (such as event cancellation). It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.

• Minimum single bet: Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the relevant market view on j2bat.
• j2bat reserves the right to limit the maximum bet on any market at any time without prior notice.
• If a bet is accepted due to a manifest pricing error (an obvious and unambiguous mistake in odds), j2bat reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• In the event that a sporting or esports event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, j2bat will follow the settlement rules published for that market category. Where no rule applies, bets are typically voided and stakes returned.
• Multi-bet (parlay) selections that include a void event will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.

Casino & Crash Games

j2bat's crash games, including Aviator, use a provably fair algorithm. Each round's outcome is determined and cryptographically committed before the round begins. Players may verify results using the seed and hash values displayed after each round. Casino game outcomes are generated by certified random number generation systems. Historical results do not influence future results under any circumstances.

Esports Betting

Esports event results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant tournament organiser. If a team forfeits, concedes, or if the match is ruled a walkover, the declared winner (or void ruling) will govern settlement on j2bat. In-play bets that are placed during a technical pause may be voided at j2bat's discretion if there is evidence that the pause materially affected market integrity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on j2bat and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal referral:

• Using any software, bot, script, macro or automated tool to interact with j2bat — whether for placing bets, exploiting bonuses or any other purpose.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or bugs in j2bat's platform for financial gain. Any such bug must be reported to j2bat support immediately. Intentional exploitation will result in winnings being voided.
• Collusion with other players — deliberately coordinating bets, sharing account information or fixing outcomes in any way.
• Arbitrage betting designed primarily to exploit j2bat's pricing errors or guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where the activity is identified as systematic rather than incidental.
• Opening multiple j2bat accounts or using another person's account to circumvent limits, bans or bonus restrictions.
• Using payment methods not owned by you to deposit or withdraw from j2bat.
• Any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour towards j2bat staff or other players via the platform's communication channels.
• Attempting to launder money or use j2bat for any purpose connected to criminal activity.

8. Responsible Gaming

j2bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be entertaining and within your means at all times. j2bat provides tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a certain period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During the exclusion period, your j2bat account will be locked and marketing communications will cease. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net wins/losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on j2bat — including but not limited to the j2bat brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of j2bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use j2bat solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, or create derivative works from any part of j2bat's content without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of j2bat's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

j2bat provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in uptime, security and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

• j2bat is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other indirect losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• j2bat is not liable for any technical failures, internet interruptions, device malfunctions or third-party service outages that affect your ability to place or manage bets.
• In the event of a platform error that causes incorrect odds to be displayed or incorrect winnings to be credited, j2bat reserves the right to correct the error, void the affected bets and recalculate any affected balances.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of your stake on the relevant bet, or the balance in your account at the time of the incident — whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits j2bat's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

j2bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on j2bat, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points from j2bat's data practices:

• j2bat collects registration data, transaction data, gameplay data and technical data (device type, IP address, browser) for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention and service improvement.
• j2bat does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash etc.) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.
• Your j2bat account data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections and, in some circumstances, request deletion. Contact support@j2bat.ws to exercise these rights.

12. Amendments to These Terms

j2bat may amend these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. For material changes that significantly affect player rights, j2bat will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-app notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of j2bat after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using j2bat and request account closure by contacting support@j2bat.ws. Pending bets and balances will be settled in accordance with the Terms in force at the time of the relevant activity.
